Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment, a minimum of 24 hour notice is required. You will be charged a cancellation fee for any same day cancellations/reschedule request or any notice less than 24 hours. No call/no show appointments will not be allowed to rebook with Southern Sugar and Brow. Having a minimum of 24 hour notice allows us to fill our appointment slot with a paying client. If not, the reserved slot (often 1-3 hours) goes unbooked, which causes a loss of income as well as the inability to accommodate other clients on a waiting list. Therefore, a fee for same day cancellations are strictly enforced. All bookings will require a credit card on file to reserve your appointment.
Fulfillment Policy
Please understand refunds on services performed will not be issued. However, we always want the opportunity to make it right. Should you have any questions about the service received, please reach out to the owner at 512-715-2759. We will find a solution that addresses your concerns with the esthetician/artist who you initially booked with, or with another esthetician/artist if preferred.
I was very nervous about brow tinting as my eyebrows are basically clear. Courtney was the most warm and friendly person I could have asked for. She waited me through every part of the process with detail. The sugaring and tint were perfect and she was kind in showing me how to pencil my eyebrows as well. Will definitely be coming back to see Courtney.

I was nervous about doing a Brazilian after 5+ months (coming from another salon), but Courtney was so fantastic in making the process as painless as possible. Southern Sugar & Brows is a girls dream! I love seeing all the ladies there and they are all great at what they do. My Ombré brows are one of the best decisions I ever made and Lee Anne is a master of her trade. And if you ever need something cute to wear, they have a darling boutique as well. Aw shucks, can’t make it out to see us? Cancel 24 hours before for no charge. Later notice incurs 50% fee. “No-Shows” pay full fee – as they directly impact our estheticians and artists and prohibits us from serving others.
