Should you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment, a minimum of 24 hour notice is required. You will be charged a cancellation fee for any same day cancellations/reschedule request or any notice less than 24 hours. No call/no show appointments will not be allowed to rebook with Southern Sugar and Brow. Having a minimum of 24 hour notice allows us to fill our appointment slot with a paying client. If not, the reserved slot (often 1-3 hours) goes unbooked, which causes a loss of income as well as the inability to accommodate other clients on a waiting list. Therefore, a fee for same day cancellations are strictly enforced. All bookings will require a credit card on file to reserve your appointment.
Please understand refunds on services performed will not be issued. However, we always want the opportunity to make it right. Should you have any questions about the service received, please reach out to the owner at 512-715-2759. We will find a solution that addresses your concerns with the esthetician/artist who you initially booked with, or with another esthetician/artist if preferred.
Tattoo Design Approval is required to ensure a great experience with your custom tattoo. Approvals must be completed 48 hours prior to the appointment date. This will allow the artist the opportunity to personalize the tattoo (i.e. names, DOB, or pictures) with any necessary alterations in creating the preferred font, and formatting. If the artwork is not received 48 hours prior to the appointment you may be asked to reschedule.
