Holly Middour (on the right) and Lee Anne Fry (on the left) are more than just identical twins—they're a dynamic duo of beauty-loving Corpus Christi natives. (And, yes, they adore Selena!) Their Texan hearts beat strong, and they're on a mission to sprinkle some Southern charm and laid-back vibes on everyone who steps into Southern Sugar & Brow.

Holly holds her Esthetician license from the American Beauty Institute in sunny San Diego and has been perfecting the art of Sugaring Hair Removal since 2015. But here's the sweet part—her real passion lies in making women feel right at home during their sugaring sessions.

It all started when she had her first Brazilian sugaring while pregnant with her son. Talk about a great experience! Now, she's all about helping other women embrace their first sugaring adventure. Holly fell head over heels for sugaring's process and results, and she hasn't looked back since.

With a background as a Radiation Therapist at Scripps Hospital's Radiation/Oncology Unit in La Jolla, CA (for a solid 14 years!), Holly brings a unique medical approach to her clients. She's all about professionalism, impeccable hygiene, and the highest levels of integrity, trust, and respect. It's all to ensure that every client feels comfortable and cared for throughout their beauty journey.

And that's not all—her years in cancer care have ignited a special passion for helping women look and feel their absolute best. It's a legacy she carries forward with every customer who steps into Southern Sugar & Brow.

Lee Anne's journey into the world of permanent makeup began at the prestigious Daria Chuprys Permanent Makeup Academy in Beverly Hills, CA, and Athens, Greece, back in 2018. MARA Academy Advanced Lips Master Class, Watercolor & Velvet Lip Blush Technique 2022

She's not just well-versed in the fundamentals of permanent cosmetics theory, microblading, and ombre—she's got some serious expertise. With advanced training in lip tint, tattoo removal/lightening, and extensive hands-on experience in the industry, she's a true artist.

But here's what sets her apart: Lee Anne's 15 years of Human Resources and Corporate Recruitment experience. Her passion for people shines through in every service she offers, she absolutely revels in helping women feel confident and empowered, whether they're here for brows, lashes, or more!

HI Im Marissa! Im a Licensed Nail Tech with 5+ years of experience creating custom nail art. I specialize in Gel-X, builder gel, and detailed designs-bringing your nail vision to life is what i love most! When Im not in the salon, Im reading, swimming, or hanging out with my cat (who definitely runs the house). Im all about making your visit fun, relaxing and confidence- boosting.

I’m a licensed massage therapist with a passion for helping people feel better in their bodies. I focus on creating a calm, comfortable space where you can unwind, release tension, and truly relax. My goal is simple: to have you leave feeling better than when you came in.
