What is it?
Gel-X uses pre-shaped, full coverage gel tips that are applied over the entire nail bed with a gel adhesive .Once cured under an LED or UV light, the extension becomes one solid piece-strong but flexible like a natural nail.
How it Differs from other Extensions:

A Gel Manicure is a long lasting polish service using gel based polish cured under a UV or LED light

Builder Gel is a thicker, strong gel formula designed to build structure and add strength or gentle length to natural nails.
*Ideal for clients who want to grow out their natural nails or need added support. It can be refilled and reshaped every few weeks.

pOLY GEL
POLY gEL IS A HYBRID NAIL ENHANCEMENT THAT COMBINES THE STRENGTH OF ACRYLIC WITH THE FLEXIBILITY OF GEL ITS LIGHTWEIGHT, ORDORLESS.
Poly Gel is shaped directly onto the nail using a brush and slip solution then cured under an LED or UV Lamp.
Poly Gel is ideal for building structure, extending nail length, or reincofrcing natural nails with thou the heaviness of acrylics.

Refills should be booked every 2-3 weeks to maintain nail health and structure.
Past 3 weeks will be considered a new full set.
Any set with more than 3 broken nails will be treated a s a new set.
Minor Repairs (1-2 nails) within 5 days of service are complimentary.

To ensure the longevity, safety, and consistent beauty of your nail enhancements, we provide a structured maintenance and refill schedule for all sets. Maintenance is valid only on work performed by our studio.
Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment, a minimum of 24 hour notice is required. You will be charged a cancellation fee for any same day cancellations/reschedule request or any notice less than 24 hours. No call/no show appointments will not be allowed to rebook with Southern Sugar and Brow. Having a minimum of 24 hour notice allows us to fill our appointment slot with a paying client. If not, the reserved slot (often 1-3 hours) goes unbooked, which causes a loss of income as well as the inability to accommodate other clients on a waiting list. Therefore, a fee for same day cancellations are strictly enforced. All bookings will require a credit card on file to reserve your appointment.
Fulfillment Policy
Please understand refunds on services performed will not be issued. However, we always want the opportunity to make it right. Should you have any questions about the service received, please reach out to the owner at 512-715-2759. We will find a solution that addresses your concerns with the esthetician/artist who you initially booked with, or with another esthetician/artist if preferred.
I was very nervous about brow tinting as my eyebrows are basically clear. Courtney was the most warm and friendly person I could have asked for. She waited me through every part of the process with detail. The sugaring and tint were perfect and she was kind in showing me how to pencil my eyebrows as well. Will definitely be coming back to see Courtney.

I was nervous about doing a Brazilian after 5+ months (coming from another salon), but Courtney was so fantastic in making the process as painless as possible. Southern Sugar & Brows is a girls dream! I love seeing all the ladies there and they are all great at what they do. My Ombré brows are one of the best decisions I ever made and Lee Anne is a master of her trade. And if you ever need something cute to wear, they have a darling boutique as well. Aw shucks, can’t make it out to see us? Cancel 24 hours before for no charge. Later notice incurs 50% fee. “No-Shows” pay full fee – as they directly impact our estheticians and artists and prohibits us from serving others.
